- Disable Additional Restrictions
- Check Power Saving Mode
- Exclude the App From Optimization
Disable App Blocking
Go to Settings > Intelligent Assistance > App Blocking, select the desired app, and toggle it to Off.
Or disable the app blocking feature entirely.
Disable Additional Restrictions
Check and deactivate the following settings:
- Download Blocking
- Launch Blocking
- Background Activity Blocking
- Background Process Cleanup
Check Power Saving Mode
Power Saving Mode may impose some of the restrictions.
Go to Settings > Battery > Power Saving and disable it for testing.
Exclude the App From Optimization
In Settings > Apps > select the desired app > Battery > set to Unrestricted.
