Infinix, Tecno and itel devices use related skins (XOS, HiOS and itel OS) with the same optimization logic, so the instructions in this section apply to all three brands. The names and locations of items vary from version to version: if an item with the specified name is missing, find it through search in settings — by the words “battery,” “background,” “autostart.”
You can pin the app in the multitasking panel for reliability.
Disable Power Saving Mode
- Open Settings > Battery
- Select Power Saving Mode
- Switch to Standard or Off
Disable Automatic App Optimization
- Settings > Battery > Battery Optimization
- Tap three dots > Disable Optimization
- Or for the app, select Don’t Optimize
Disable Battery Optimization for the App
- Settings > Apps > App Management
- Select the app > Battery
- Enable Allow Background Activity
Disable Background Restrictions via "Special Permissions"
- Settings > Apps > Special Access
- Select Background Activity Permissions
- Allow background activity for the desired app
Disable XBoost
- Settings > Special Features > XBoost
- Disable unnecessary modes for the app
Exclude the App from the Game Mode
- Open Game Mode via Settings > Special Features
- In the app settings, select:
- Do Not Restrict Notifications
- Allow Background Data
