- Allow the App to Run in the Background
- Remove the Battery Restriction for the App
- Turn Off Battery Saver
Allow the App to Run in the Background
Settings > Battery > Manage background apps > select the app > set it to Always allow.
The default Smart usage value lets the system restrict the app's background activity on its own.
Remove the Battery Restriction for the App
Settings > Apps > select the app > Battery > select Unrestricted.
Turn Off Battery Saver
Settings > Battery > Battery Saver > turn it off and disable its schedule.
