What is the eXpress Federation?

This is a unique communication protocol in eXpress that enables communication not only within the company but also with users on other corporate servers, as well as with public users of the messenger. These could be corporate servers within a single company or holding structure, or they could be corporate servers of a third-party company with which the client needs to interact (in which case, trusted relationships—trusts—can be established between the servers).

What are the different types of servers in eXpress?

Servers in the Federation are divided into RTS (Regional Transport Server), ETS (Enterprise Transport Server), and CTS (Corporate Transport Server). On the CTS and ETS, the client company's administrator registers employees who will become system users. All communications, content, messages, and files are stored locally in encrypted form on a specific corporate server.

What opportunities does the Federation provide?

Federation enables the creation of an extensive communications network with other users of other corporate servers, as well as with public users of the messenger. These could be corporate servers within a single company or holding structure, or they could be corporate servers of a third-party company with which the client needs to interact (in which case, trusted relationships—trusts—can be established between the servers).

Who are the green and blue users in eXpress?

Users in eXpress can be distinguished by color. Public users are marked green, while corporate users are marked blue.
The first type of contact is public users. Anyone can go to the app store or the official eXpress website, download the mobile or desktop version, register using their phone number, and start using the app for free as a public user.
The second type of contact is external corporate contacts (all those who have the corporate version of eXpress installed).
The third type of contact is colleagues and partners from your corporate server and trusted corporate servers.

Is it possible to communicate with eXpress users outside the company perimeter?

eXpress allows employees to communicate not only within a specific organization but also securely with others – the ability to message other users, collaborate on joint projects, hold online meetings, and exchange information without resorting to public messaging tools.
