What Do “Link Type” and “Access Level” Mean?

Parameter Description
Link type Which servers or networks users can download the recording from — corresponds to the recording access setting in the VoEx section.
Access level Which users can download the recording
(configured in Recordings Bot or in advance in the call/conference properties):
  • any corresponds to the Any user setting (even those who didn't participate in the call/conference)
  • members — Participants only (of the call/conference)
  • admins — Admins only (of the call/conference)

Did the Recording Fail to Arrive or Did Transcoding End with an Error?

Try resubmitting the recording for transcoding. If that doesn't help, contact eXpress support.
⚠️ Please note that the storage time for unprocessed recordings is limited (default is 2 days).

Is the Recording Stored Only on the Admin's Server or Copied to Participants' Servers?

The recording is copied to the servers of all participants in the group call or conference. The Recordings Bot will send each participant the appropriate link, taking into account the recording access settings on their servers in the VoEx section.
