There is a special add-in for creating conferences in eXpress using MS Outlook calendar.

Outlook Add-In Formats

Add-in: For Windows For OWA
Outlook versions Classic Outlook for Windows from the Microsoft Office 2013–2024 suite or from a Microsoft 365 subscription. It doesn't work in the new Outlook for Windows. Outlook on the web, new Outlook for Windows, classic Outlook for Windows from a Microsoft 365 subscription or version 2021 and later, Outlook for macOS
Authentication NTLMv2 or Keycloak Keycloak
If you change a meeting The conference is updated together with the meeting The conference doesn't update on its own. After changing the meeting, click the add-in button again.
