You can check a user's notification status via the admin panel:

  1. Find the user in the Users section.
  2. Open Activations and select the session on the desired device. In the Device Meta section, check the parameters:
    • permissions.notifications — notification status in the browser (web) or mobile OS (iOS/Android);
    • pushes — status of push notifications in the desktop version or mobile app, except on iOS. On iOS, notifications are managed by the OS.
  3. The value false means notifications are disabled, true — enabled.
