eXpress has introduced video messages—one of the most anticipated features of version 3.73. You can now record and send short video messages directly within the chat on iOS and Android, and view them on Web/Desktop without switching to other services.

- During screen sharing, the presenter's window can now be minimized into a small button.
- Simplified the process of logging in on a computer using a QR code from your phone: updated the button and prompts.

- You can now select and forward multiple files at once.

Web/Desktop 3.73
- When mentioning a contact or viewing the conference participant list, more information is now visible—such as company, department, job title, and other details. You do not need to open the profile.
- When a call or conference recording starts, the administrator can immediately check and modify access permissions for the recording and enable transcription.
- Improved the display of statuses, avatars, and contact information.
To get the new features, install eXpress 3.73. You can check your current app version by following these instructions. User guides for version 3.73 are available on our website.
Important: Update both the app and the backend; the backend update may be required for the new features to work. If you use a branded app, the update may appear in app stores a few weeks after the official release. Please check the timeline with your organization's administrator.
