The new version of eXpress 3.65 has been released. We'll tell you what's changed and what new features have been added.
iOS 3.65
- We've created a new welcome screen for public users: they're taken to their contact list, can share their contact list, share their profile, and start chatting right away.
- A new section for new eXpress users from your contact list has been added to the contact list.
- We've changed the hint text on the global search screen for all messages in Settings.
- Users can now enter extension numbers in touchtone mode for SIP calls.
Android 3.65
- Added the ability to mute notifications in specific chats for a set time.
- For user convenience, the last message read is now retained when exiting a chat.
- Added the ability to bulk download multiple attachments in a single message.
- Changed the hint text on the global search screen for all messages in Settings.
- Users can now enter extension numbers in touchtone mode for SIP calls.

- Users can now enter extension numbers in touchtone mode for SIP calls.
- We've made changes and improvements to the app.
To access the new features, install the latest app version 3.65.
Instructions for users and administrators are available on our website.
System administrators are strongly encouraged to update the Backend to the latest version, as this may be necessary for some new features to work. To update the Backend to 3.65, please refer to the latest administrator's guide update.
Important note: To ensure new features are available, please ensure both your app and backend are updated to the latest version. If you have a branded app, the store publishing process typically takes up to several weeks after the official release. Please check with your organization's administrators for the update schedule.
