The project to implement the eXpress super app in a chain of coffee shops and restaurants became the winner of the award in the nomination «Best Solution for Corporate Communications in HoReCa».
Based on eXpress, a large restaurant chain created a secure corporate ecosystem, uniting employees, contractors and counterparties, and automated business processes using chatbots and SmartApps mini-applications. The solution was integrated by Oxygen, which continues to support it.
On January 30, an awards ceremony for the winners was held in Moscow, attended by: IT Director of Coffee Mania Nikolay Galkin, co-founders Andrey Vratsky and Alexey Lyamin, and Marketing Director Anna Lyamina. Oxygen was represented at the event by IT Director Alexander Budkin.
