SkyV ITAM developers have created a chatbot for working with processes of the Russian IT asset management platform in the secure eXpress communications environment.
Employees receive notifications, process tasks, and participate in approvals without switching to a separate system. The integration is applicable to IT asset management, technical support, and task control. Further expansion is planned for scenarios, including processing service requests and obtaining IT asset data.
