You can now manage Indaspace levels directly within eXpress

29 October 2026

Indaspace, a digital office management platform, has announced an integration with eXpress, a secure corporate messenger. Notifications about desk, meeting room and parking space bookings, meeting invitations, and office service request statuses now arrive in employees' private chats with the Indaspace bot in eXpress. Some actions are available directly from a message: checking in, cancelling a booking, or ending a meeting early.

The integration means employees no longer need to open Indaspace separately to check office updates. Information arrives in the messenger where their teams already communicate, and responding takes just a few seconds.

What notifications can employees receive?

  • Desk, meeting room and parking space booking updates, including booking start times, reminders one day in advance, status changes and check-in requests;
  • Invitations to meetings scheduled through Indaspace;
  • Updates on when colleagues they follow will be in the office;
  • Status updates for office service requests submitted through the platform.

Taking action from a message

Booking notifications include interactive buttons. Employees can check in to confirm they are using a booked space, cancel a booking they no longer need, or end a meeting ahead of schedule. The command is sent to Indaspace, and the bot reports the result.

Released meeting rooms, workspaces and parking spaces immediately become available to colleagues, while office administration teams get more accurate data on resource usage.

Customizing notifications

Employees decide which notifications to receive. In their Indaspace profiles, they can turn off individual categories or opt out of bot messages entirely.

"For many companies, eXpress serves as their primary work messenger—partly due to strict security requirements. We wanted office services to be accessible directly within the app, without the need for workarounds. For instance, if a meeting ends early, an employee can simply click a button in a message to free up the meeting room for colleagues, rather than having to open a separate platform. At the same time, each user has full control over which notifications they choose to receive."
