The RTS server will be using a new primary IP address. To ensure the stable and uninterrupted operation of eXpress, we kindly ask administrators to add this address to the allowlists (ACLs) within your network infrastructure no later than November 6 (inclusive).
Please contact our support team to obtain the new IP address, the required connection parameters, and configuration guidelines.
