PJSC MMC «Norilsk Nickel» received the gold Employer Brand Award 2024 in the category "Innovation" for the first corporate superapp in Russia among real sector companies — "Supernica". This is a platform that provides company employees with online access to corporate news, chats and various services, including doctor's appointments and consultations with HR managers.
The Employer Brand Summit International Award (EMBRAS) is held annually in Tashkent, and this year the jury determined the winners for the seventh time. Experts from Brazil, Great Britain, South Africa, UAE and a number of other countries recognised achievements in human resource management. The goal of the Employer Brand Summit is to develop corporate culture and stimulate innovation. The award is given to companies that create a comfortable working environment, and HR specialists discuss new trends and exchange relevant cases.
We would like to add that Supernick's superapp has previously been recognised in several HR and IT competitions: winning the competition, first place in the HR project competition , award win in the category "Internal Communications".
