Superapp for the Norilsk Nickel company “Supernika”, developed on the basis of the eXpress platform, was awarded an authoritative award from the HR community - first place in the HR project competition HR IMPACT 2024.
Along with leading companies such as X5 Group and Tele2, the Norilsk Nickel team presented its achievements in the field of personnel management and presented its unique solutions at the competition. The company's projects won in three out of seven categories, including the most technologically advanced of them - DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION. The best example of digital transformation in HR was the SUPERNIKA project - a super app for Norilsk Nickel employees, implemented on the eXpress platform.
The first corporate superapp in Russia among companies in the real sector, Supernika, was launched into pilot operation at Norilsk Nickel in April 2023. The key criterion for the success of the case was results that were significant for the business, expressed in specific numbers. In particular, as of February 2024, the corporate super app is used by more than 47 thousand Norilsk Nickel employees, which is 57% of the company’s workforce. This share is planned to increase to 95% within a year. 40 digital services of the company, from onboarding to vacation registration, are available to employees in the application 24/7. There are several dozen more corporate systems in line for integration.
The winning project is the result of the coordinated work of a large distributed cross-functional team of Norilsk Nickel in collaboration with eXpress.
The award ceremony for the winners of the annual professional award HR IMPACT 2024 took place on February 12 in Moscow. A total of 82 projects took part in the competition. In the DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION nomination, along with the Norilsk Nickel project, solutions from companies such as Tele2, X5 Group and PJSC Rostelecom participated.
