Mosvodokanal uses the eXpress corporate communications and mobility platform for communication between employees, partners and other users.
1.5 thousand company employees can quickly exchange messages or files, approve a document, and gain access to regulatory documents through a chatbot. The platform offers important features such as personal and group chats, channels, audio and video calls, discussions, reactions and a corporate address book for fast communication and collaboration.
eXpress presents a convenient interface, similar to popular instant messengers, allowing you to quickly get used to it without additional training. However, it outperforms publicly available solutions by supporting enterprise-level information security. Mosvodokanal manages and controls internal corporate data through deployment in eXpress in its own IT infrastructure. The platform implements enterprise-class data protection measures, including two-level encryption, crypto-container and three-factor user authentication. The security of the entire platform is confirmed by the FSTEC certificate of Russia.
The company uses chatbots and their integration with eXpress to automate business processes such as task management and receiving new assignments, approvals, access to regulatory documents and requests to the user support service (Service Desk). By integrating the eXpress platform with Mosvodokanal information systems, the company implements the principle of a “single digital window” and expands the ability to collaborate on files and documents, optimizing routine operations.
