Mobile assistants: how they make it easier for HR and TOP managers to communicate with employees

Thanks to the digitalization of processes, any HR or senior manager can now quickly and accurately communicate information or important events to each employee through modern corporate platforms. In this article for the online magazine "KSK EXPERT," we explain what mobile assistants are and how they facilitate interactions between HR and senior management and employees.

Currently, there are over 20 corporate messengers available on the Russian market, and any of them can be purchased and installed on an employee's laptop or smartphone. Most importantly, these messengers allow you to securely exchange work documents over a secure channel without fear of confidential information leakage.

Modern tools offer enormous benefits for businesses, including cost savings. Typically, a corporate mobile platform includes all the most popular services – email, HR systems, chats, and video conferencing.

The HR department reaps the greatest benefit from implementing a mobile platform. Firstly, recruiting is simplified; group chats make it easy to discuss resumes and approve candidates. Employees are more easily engaged in corporate activities using video conferencing, group calls, or discussions in themed chats. But most importantly, a mobile platform can significantly simplify the lives of HR staff. Ordering a 2-NDFL certificate, signing a vacation request, resolving sick leave issues, and signing occupational safety briefings – all this is available in a corporate mobile app.

Safety comes first, and this is another advantage of corporate mobile platforms. It's worth noting that the domestic market offers self-sufficient solutions certified by the Russian Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC). For example, the eXpress platform is certified to FSTEC Trust Level 4, allowing its use in critical information infrastructure facilities.

The ambition of any domestic enterprise platform is to replace the defunct Microsoft Teams, and this is precisely what Russian businesses are looking for. Developers are still just catching up to the standards of the foreign platform, but a breakthrough awaits us in 2024, when MS Teams functionality will be replicated. Domestic enterprise systems are already working on this; it's just a matter of time.
