The corporate communications and mobility platform eXpress acted as an image partner of the annual IT forum "Technofuture of Russian Business" from Naumen and RBC. The event took place on May 15 in Moscow at the RBC Event Center.
Among the speakers who opened the forum, eXpress CEO Andrey Vratsky gave a report on "Communications and Superapps. Trends and Practice". He shared insights on the global and Russian corporate communications market and talked about the role superapps play in the digitalization of business processes today and where they will develop.
A special guest of the IT forum was an international foresight expert - Director of the Center for Scientific and Technological Forecasting of the ISSEK HSE, Doctor of Economics, Alexander Chulok. In the business program, leading participants in the digitalization process discussed how the ideas of human-centricity change digital processes in companies from the point of view of management, employees and clients. Top managers of Naumen, Sibur, Samolet, Rostelecom and other companies - leaders in digitalization spoke as part of the panel discussion. Three parallel tracks "Human-centric service and maintenance as a driver of business development", "From the present to the future of IT management: key trends" and "Naumen for critical business processes" were dedicated to customer experience management, new trends in IT service management and solutions in the field of business process management.
During the event, eXpress information stands were open for participants. One of them presented in a creative format the path of development from a classic office space to a single mobile place for an employee. Now, in order to effectively complete work tasks, instead of a pile of papers and many electronic devices, it is enough to have a smartphone at hand. The second exhibition object personified a super app - a single window for business communication and processes in an organization with videoconferencing, chats, mail, digital company services and a corporate news feed inside.
