From 27 to 29 September, the IT & Retail Today offsite forum with the participation of Russia's largest customers and software vendors took place in the Moscow region for the 18th time. At the event, eXpress presented a report on its experience of implementing Superapp in a Russian company from the retail sector, as well as supported informal activities within the forum.
Igor Malyshev, Managing Partner of the eXpress corporate communications and mobility platform, spoke in the business programme of the partner event. He discussed with the participants the trends in the Russian corporate communications market: the departure of foreign vendors, the problems of using public messengers in corporate correspondence, the special attention to products by IS services in large companies, and the format of a single «business window» for corporate applications. For example, a large Russian retail company approached eXpress with the task of providing a single convenient Russian tool, independent of the disconnection of Western services. Igor Malyshev spoke about the progress of the project, what difficulties the implementation team encountered at different stages of the project and how they solved them together with the customer.
According to eXpress colleagues, "the event was more than just a business meeting of colleagues, it was a friendly celebration. In this format, negotiations are much more productive: colleagues were able to discuss the renewal of partnerships with several potential customers who have full confidence in eXpress' reputation in the market.
After the business part, a team-building game awaited the forum participants. Its goal was to create a single workable mechanism, while each team worked on a separate part of it. This is how software development teams work when creating a quality product.
