On October 1, the annual FWD. Woman Summit, organized by FCongress with the support of Forbes Russia, took place in Moscow. This year’s conference focused on women in leadership roles across business and society. The sessions featured expert speakers including top executives, business owners, HR directors, market experts, and figures featured in Forbes Woman. Anna Lyamina, Marketing Director, represented the business platform eXpress at the conference.
Participants in the session "How Women Can Build a Career in STEM and IT" discussed the challenges women face today in science, technology, and IT. Anna Lyamina shared her career journey and discussed how to successfully balance managing the marketing for a high-tech product with a ten-year history alongside developing a business in the beauty industry.
