The concept of a digital workplace (Digital Workplace, DRM), focused on ensuring the convenience of employees at any time and increasing the efficiency of the organization, includes a number of software products. The TAdviser analytical center distributed the CRM software presented on the Russian market into categories and presented them in the form of a map "Digital Workplace of an Employee 2023"

According to experts, the departure of foreign vendors could not but affect the Digital Workplace market, but this segment has practically not lost its level of competition, it has even become more interesting to work on it. After the suspension of activities and difficulties with paying for foreign services, the structure of the Russian market changed: companies massively began to look for domestic solutions that could replace outgoing and already gone services. Russian development began to develop, and business showed more interest and understanding in relation to knowledge management.
Market experts point out that until recently, the vast majority of digital jobs in Russia were built using Microsoft products. But companies have to go through the path of import substitution here - for some it will be short, while for others it may take more than one year.
It cannot be said that after Microsoft left the niches were completely vacated, since most products were purchased in the form of permanent licenses and on-premises installations, reminds Andrey Vratsky. According to him, niches are vacated gradually, somewhere faster (public sector, state corporations), somewhere slower (commercial segment).
CRM market niches are general-purpose solutions, horizontal, without vertical specifics. Niches such as process support, communications of all kinds, mail and videoconferencing, task and document management have become freer for domestic products to enter, experts say. This opens up great prospects for domestic developers.
