There are bots under the general name “HR”, which are focused on facilitating the interaction between the HR department and employees. They are developed and implemented in order to reduce labor costs and save time for the HR specialist and department heads. With the help of “sick leave” and “holiday” bots, at any convenient time, an employee can notify management and accounting about sick leave or vacation.
Onboarding and invite bots make it easy for beginners to adapt. So, an invite bot automatically adds a new employee, depending on the position and department, to the appropriate chats: for example, an iOS developer immediately gets into all chats related to iOS development, and has the opportunity to immediately dive into the workflow.
The efficiency of use can be illustrated by the example of a "courier" bot. Previously, applications for sending documents were collected manually, and a specialist in the administrative department spent a lot of time processing them. We have developed a special "courier" bot integrated with the CDEK information system. With its help, an employee starts an application for sending or receiving documents using a special template, and all information is automatically sent to the courier service. The specialist of the administrative department will only have to agree or reject the application - there is no need to manually enter information.
