eXpress supports integration with the AutoFAQ AI platform

The eXpress platform has become even more convenient thanks to integration with AutoFAQ, a system for automating customer support. Now customers using eXpress can improve the quality of their support by implementing automatic responses to typical requests directly in the platform chats.

The integration allows you to create intelligent scenarios, save employees' time and speed up the process of resolving issues.

AutoFAQ can now be connected to on-premise installations of the eXpress platform. The new interaction channel is implemented through a bot created by the customer in eXpress, which supports all the functionality of AutoFAQ: automatic responses, chat with an operator, file transfer, use of buttons and much more.
