eXpress, in partnership with Softline Solutions (part of the Softline Group), is launching a new secure corporate communications service, eXpress Private. This cloud-based solution provides secure and efficient communications and is now available to clients with a Softline Cloud subscription. The service was developed in line with Softline Group's strategy for developing its own portfolio of services and products.
The service provides access to the eXpress platform deployed in Softline Cloud, with a full support package: user licenses, cloud infrastructure, technical support, and all administration, maintenance, and updates. Users have access to all the features needed for work communications: chats, video conferencing, audio calls, threads, groups, user statuses and backgrounds in video calls, screen sharing, video and audio meeting recording, reactions and stickers in chats and calls, external and internal call links, a Microsoft Outlook plugin that allows you to create eXpress conferences directly from the email client interface, and much more. This secure work communications solution is already available in mobile, browser, and desktop formats.
"We've been developing a partnership with Softline Solutions for several years, and the launch of our joint cloud-based service, eXpress Private, marks a new stage of our collaboration. For us, as a vendor, this is an opportunity to offer our solution to mid-sized businesses." "For such companies, subscribing to a secure cloud communications service is becoming an accessible and convenient option, both in terms of price and infrastructure and support," noted Andrey Vratsky, CEO and founder of the eXpress platform.
"We are pleased to introduce the new comprehensive eXpress Private service – a ready-to-use solution. We chose eXpress as the vendor to launch the corporate communications service from our cloud because it is a Russian development; the solution is also included in the Russian Software Registry. The eXpress product is well-known in the market and is already in demand by Softline Solutions clients in the form of licenses. We are also seeing initial inquiries for the SaaS format – the cloud version of the service," noted Andrey Blagorazumov, Director of Industry, Business, and Product and Service Solutions Development at Softline Solutions.
