The Russian government plans to approve regulations for the use of artificial intelligence. Since 2020, Moscow has been conducting an experiment to establish legal regulation for the development and implementation of artificial intelligence technologies. Since 2021, 160 organizations from various regions have signed a code of ethics in this area.
Furthermore, there is a concept for the development of regulation in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics technologies through 2024. It addresses issues of data regulation, legal liability in the case of artificial intelligence, information security, and the potential application of such technologies in various sectors of the economy.
