On November 28, the eXpress team took part in the annual business forum TAdviser Summit. As part of the plenary session of the conference, a joint report was presented by IT / business partner of Norilsk Nickel Vasily Korneichuk and co-founder of the corporate communications and mobility platform eXpress Andrey Vratsky. It was dedicated to one of the largest implementations of a corporate communications platform at an enterprise in the real sector of the Russian economy.
“Our project with Norilsk Nickel does not fit into the definition of classic import substitution - not a single Western vendor with its products was able to solve the problems set by this customer. “We tested various foreign solutions, but our colleagues eventually turned to us,” said Andrey Vratsky.
“It was important for us to create a mobile application that would provide a convenient service, including for employees who do not have work computers. As a result of the project, we managed to combine five main services necessary for employees in Supernik – and we continue to launch new ones. In particular, a service for managers working with candidates for vacancies, and a KEDO service will soon be added. It is important for us that we do not depend on the vendor – the platform allows us to create and develop corporate services thanks to our internal expertise. For example, we recently implemented a system for receiving information and processing applications from employees for personal protective equipment. We receive a lot of positive feedback from employees. "Supernika" is an effective channel for two-way interaction in the company," Vasily Korneichuk said about the project.
He cited several notable figures:
- more than 400,000 secure work chats have been created in Norilsk Nickel's corporate super app,
- 77% of the company's entire staff have already registered in the application,
- the monthly audience of the application is 49,000 people, and 17,000 people log in daily (up to 25,000 on peak days).
All forum visitors could learn more about the IT product and ask their questions at the eXpress information stand. It broadcast educational videos about the platform, from which one could learn about the capabilities of the super app for business. The company's experts introduced the platform's achievements in 2024 and plans for product development, and also treated the participants to coffee. A pleasant surprise of the forum day was a visit to the company's stand by the famous writer and screenwriter Sergey Lukyanenko.
The corporate installation of eXpress, demonstrating the key capabilities that eXpress is developing - messaging, video conferencing, smart apps, the Federation protocol and secure information exchange - greeted the participants in the registration area.
