On July 3, Andrey Vratsky, founder and CEO of the business messenger eXpress, spoke at the "Strong Russia 2026" Infrastructure Summit (InfraSpace), held in Moscow.
The Infrastructure Summit is the main discussion platform for government representatives, investors, developers, and contractors to discuss current issues of the country's infrastructure development, creating a favorable investment climate, and developing the economic potential of Russia's regions. The event opened with a plenary session entitled "Financing Infrastructure Projects: Investments for Global Development."
The central event of the summit was the session "Development of Infrastructure Projects as a Driver of Economic Growth in Russia." The event included sessions on four key areas: priorities for the development of housing and social infrastructure, the modernization of industrial and energy infrastructure, new horizons for road and transport infrastructure, and the digital revolution in the construction industry (Construction 4.0). In his presentation at this session, Andrey Vratsky introduced forum participants to the capabilities of eXpress for construction companies: he listed the platform's fundamental capabilities and provided examples of business challenges our construction customers are solving.
