On April 17, the first partner forum "Import Substitution in Action: Innovations, Opportunities, Challenges" was held in Moscow by the Main Research Computing Center (GlavNIVC) of the Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation. The topic of the event, aimed at creating a single expert space for assessing and integrating IT solutions, was the systemic aspects of import substitution in public administration. The participants were industry experts, representatives of business and government agencies of Russia.
The founder and CEO of eXpress Andrey Vratsky spoke on the topic "Unified communications and superapps. Russian experience." He began his report with the main achievements of eXpress in 2024:
- 1,600,000 users of the eXpress Federation,
- 30% team growth,
- a new product ready for market launch, express Disk,
- new customers from the TOP-20 of the RBC 500 list.
In the main part of the report, Andrey Vratsky introduced the audience to the advantages of a mobile secure corporate platform. He gave an example of three superapps (branded corporate applications) created on the basis of the eXpress platform for customers from various sectors of the Russian economy. In total, eXpress has currently developed more than 35 of its own company superapps.
At the end of his speech, Andrey Vratsky shared plans for the development of eXpress in 2025. These include major updates such as user statuses, broadcasts and webinars, audio transcription, integration with office programs and much more.
