On September 3, 2024, eXpress took part in Tech2b Conf, a case conference on the development of enterprise business IT infrastructure.
As part of the discussion "Infrastructure soft transition", eXpress CEO Andrey Vratsky spoke. He began with a brief overview of the trend of "cloud shutdown" in foreign Microsoft, Zoom, WebEx, Slack, etc. The logical development of these events in the market is the forced coexistence of different communication solutions. This is temporary, as different products are gradually transformed into a single tool in the customer's infrastructure.
Based on eXpress's experience, the first and main requirement that large customers have been making since 2022 and still make to software vendors is data security and work within the organization's internal circuit. Customers also expect to see the usual quality and performance, as was the case with solutions from foreign competitors. Finally, the tasks of system load and performance on an enterprise scale became a significant challenge. In his speech, Andrey Vratsky told how eXpress coped with these tasks using examples of specific customers.
Also, the entire day at Tech2b Conf, a networking platform from eXpress was open to everyone, where conference visitors could get to know the solution better, ask questions and learn about plans for its development.
