On March 27, Sergey Artemov, Director of Development of the eXpress Corporate Communications and Mobility Platform, took part in the online conference “HR Automation 2024. Trends, Artificial Intelligence: What Works for Business Today?” Together with experts from such companies as SIBUR, Magnit, Auchan Retail Russia, Samolet, Rostelecom, PIK, Baltic Shipyard, VTB, OFS Technologies, Greenatom Simple Solutions, and others, Sergey Artemov discussed current issues of digital transformation of the HR sphere.
He introduced the audience to the concept of "superapp", spoke about its capabilities for organizing an employee's mobile workplace. The super app combines communication tools (messenger, video conferencing, audio calls), access to company services and benefits (voluntary medical insurance, vacation and business trip processing, treatment, online booking) and a single information field (corporate portal, organizational structure, news feed).
Finally, Sergey Artemov presented practical cases on the use of super apps in the Russian corporations Rosatom and Norilsk Nickel. The concept of a single business window for the secure exchange of internal information and access to digital systems and services has already proven its effectiveness in many areas of business. It is also becoming a trend in corporate communications.
