The company is included in the register of critical information infrastructure entities of the Russian Federation, therefore, it has strict security requirements for corporate IT systems.
Before the project
Before the implementation of eXpress, employees used various methods of communicating with colleagues and partners, and the company lacked a unified corporate environment.
Orion Telecom needed a reliable domestic solution that would ensure independence from foreign services and consolidate work communications in a single window. As a critical information infrastructure entity, the new platform required stricter requirements for the protection and use of information.

Result
The eXpress platform was implemented in the customer's own IT infrastructure for 200 users in 2025. Employees received a convenient communications tool that works on both mobile devices and PCs. Personal and group chats, file transfers, employee search, and video conferencing (including inviting external partners) are actively used. The project eliminated the need for foreign communications services and ensured a high level of security in accordance with legal requirements for critical information infrastructure entities.
In the future, Orion Telecom plans to increase the number of eXpress users to 1,000 employees, as well as integrate corporate email and calendaring based on eXpress SmartApps mini-application technology.
