The company has increased the efficiency of interaction between offices and field teams, accelerated data exchange and strengthened information security.
Project background
JSC Moskollektor is part of the Moscow City Services Complex. The organization is responsible for the operation of more than 800 kilometers of underground collectors, where power supply cables, communications, as well as heating and water supply networks run. For such infrastructure to operate, it is important that all departments are interconnected. Previous services for communication and collaboration of employees did not provide the necessary level of security and convenience. The company needed a single platform that would combine chats, calls, document exchange and allow interaction not only within the team, but also with external partners.
Solution
The company's IT department chose the eXpress platform because it met strict information security requirements. Deployment on its own servers took a month. The project was implemented jointly with Aiteko.
"We considered solutions from many suppliers, but they did not fully meet all our requirements. The eXpress platform solved our work communication problems, including from the point of view of information security. In addition, we highly appreciated the technical support format - the ability to send requests within the messenger itself," said Anton Krylosov, Deputy General Director for Information Systems Development at Moskollektor JSC.
What has changed with the implementation of eXpress

- Video conferences for 250+ participants with support for screen sharing and meeting recording.
- Secure file sharing - documents are transferred in encrypted form.
- Mobile and desktop applications - equally convenient to work in the office and on the road.
- Integration with IT infrastructure - the platform is built into the existing ecosystem, preserving the company's usual processes.
A separate advantage was the Federation protocol, which allows employees to communicate not only within the company, but also with contractors and city structures where trusted servers are installed.
Implementation results
Today, eXpress is used by more than 500 employees. The implementation helped:- speed up interaction between offices and field units;
- ensure the protection of corporate data;
- combine communications, video communication and joint work with documents on a single platform;
- abandon outdated and disparate tools;
- increase the technological independence of the company.
“The ease of deployment and the coordinated work of specialists from Moskollector, Aiteko and eXpress allowed us to quickly implement the project. The customer will be able to perform further necessary scaling independently, and Aiteko specialists will provide technical support for any number of users,” commented Viktor Opeykin, Chief Project Manager, Aiteko.
