JSC "Bashkir Electric Grid Company" performs the most important task of ensuring reliable energy supply to both Bashkortostan and the regions of the Urals. The company ensures the transmission of electrical energy between Central Russia and the Urals, and also distributes electricity among consumers in the republic.
In 2022, the joint-stock company's priority was to replace foreign software with domestic analogues.
Project to implement a domestic communication platform
BPGC JSC decided to use the eXpress communication platform to replace foreign tools for organizing internal communication between employees and performing dispatch tasks.
In order to strengthen information security, BPGC JSC implemented a project to implement the eXpress Enterprise class platform. The deployment of the platform on the JSC’s own servers ensured the achievement of the maximum level of data security, which is confirmed by certificates from the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control of Russia. This transition was a significant step towards protecting the company’s data.
The company successfully implemented the eXpress corporate messenger, which has a high level of security, replacing the previous foreign platform. eXpress provides all the necessary functions for internal work communication.
Results of eXpress implementation
Employees of BPGC JSC received access to a modern platform for effective interaction. Now they can communicate in personal and group chats, subscribe to channels, conduct audio and video conferences, use tags to organize information, participate in discussions, express their opinions using reactions and use the corporate address book. Thus, the customer received functionality similar to foreign solutions from a domestic vendor.
As a result, more than 750 employees of BPGC JSC use eXpress as the main corporate messenger for communication within the company.
