The Supernika app, created on the basis of the eXpress corporate platform, was recognized as the best digital platform of the year according to the CIPR Digital 2025 award. This is the first corporate super app in the industrial sector in Russia. Currently, the app is used by tens of thousands of Norilsk Nickel employees.
The solution united Norilsk Nickel's key digital services and communication channels into a single mobile ecosystem. Superapp provides employees with stable access to more than 40 corporate services.
As of the end of 2024, over 82% of the company's employees were registered in the system, more than 65,000 people received round-the-clock access to the company's digital infrastructure from personal mobile devices. The average daily activity exceeds 21,000 users.
The application was developed with a priority on mobility, convenience and security: the interface is built on the principles familiar to mass user applications, and at the same time it operates in a secure environment. Using the platform allowed us to reduce the time-to-market indicator by more than 5 times, and the level of Norilsk Nickel employee engagement increased by 4 points, including due to the availability of information and services from a single digital window.
Vasily Korneichuk, Senior Manager and IT Business Partner of the HR, Social Policy and Public Relations Unit of the company, noted that Supernika today acts as an intellectual assistant for both employees and managers, covering key work processes. According to him, this approach opens up broad opportunities for the further development of digital solutions, and the team's task is to maintain the given dynamics.
CIPR Digital is an annual award given for achievements in the field of digital technologies and digital transformation. In 2025, the competition was held for the fifth time and received a record number of applications. The winners are determined by an independent jury, which includes IT industry experts, government representatives and business representatives.
