Atom Space is an application designed specifically for communication between employees within the industry, as well as for communication with partners and contractors within the state corporation. The platform offers classic functions of a corporate messenger: chats and channels, threads, calls, audio and video conferences, and broadcasts. Every day, Atom Space users hold over 250 business meetings and send tens of thousands of messages.
The product is systematically developing and transforming into a mobile workplace. The application now has a main page – the start screen, where employees get quick access to work and personnel tools: the Mark bot assistant, certificates and pay slips, vacations and business trips, a calendar, booking meeting rooms (planned to be launched), etc.
To date, Atom Space and eXpress are the only corporate super-apps that allow you to view pay slips without leaving the application.
The application also has a service for managers. They can approve vacation or business travel requests and select alternates.
The main page of Atom Space becomes a single center for user notifications. Employees receive up-to-date information about the life of Rosatom, read the news of the state corporation from the internal corporate network of professional communities and announcements of upcoming events, learn about updates in corporate IT products, and which of the colleagues is celebrating a birthday in the coming month. In the training section, employees learn about new courses available and view their own development plan.
In the next updates, Atom Space will receive a section with notifications from all corporate tools. Users of the application will not waste time searching for notifications - all of them will be available on the main page.
