What should be in a corporate communications solution?
Role model. Implies the delimitation of user rights: each new user receives access according to the company's group policies. The role model also includes the ability to configure restrictions - on access, forwarding or saving certain attachments.
Indication of the appearance of an external user. If a user who is not an employee of the company knocks on the corporate chat, he will not be able to start a dialogue in the chat first, and the employee can decide whether to start a dialogue with him or not. A warning also appears in chats if there is a public "external" user among the participants.
Enhanced privacy mode. In this mode, it is impossible to take a screenshot, and all messages that users have read can be automatically deleted by timer.
Remote deletion of information. The corporate application allows you to delete a user session from the server side, in which an employee worked on a mobile device. An employee who no longer works for the organization is automatically removed from corporate chats and can no longer access corporate data.
