As of today, according to the data of the Main Computing Center of Russian Railways, more than 114,000 employees of the holding use the eXpress Enterprise Messenger. The service is obviously in demand: new registration applications from the company's employees are now under consideration, and since 2020, the number of users has increased by more than 14 times.

In 2020, Russian Railways began working on the introduction of an enterprise messenger among its employees. As of today, the service is a closed platform that allows enterprise employees to safely exchange work information on any device 24 hours a day.
