A new bill being considered in Russia may make the use of domestic software mandatory at critical information infrastructure (CII) facilities, including in the field of corporate communications.
At the moment, the transition process is gradual: companies are studying available solutions, making plans for modernization and adapting systems. But the new law may come into force on March 1, 2025. Is it realistic to import-substitute software in four months?
