Keeping up the good work: topping the CNews corporate messenger rating for the 3rd year in a row

For the third year in a row, the eXpress communications system has taken the first place in the authoritative rating of corporate messengers from the CNews Analytics agency. The project is designed to record the position in the digital communications solutions market in 2024 and, of course, help customers choose the best software for their business.

14 Russian development companies took part in the 2024 rating with their products. The comparison was carried out using a unique methodology developed by Market.CNews analysts and taking into account the following criteria:

1. General questions.
2. Functionality.
3. Types of communications.
4. Working with files.
5. Security.
6. Delivery formats.
7. Availability of federations.
8. Availability of applications for various OS.
9. Maximum number of supported users.
10. Availability of a trial period.
11. Cost.

Experts gave the highest scores to the information security provided by eXpress; the rating took into account the wide range of functions of the eXpress messenger, in particular, a full-fledged federated protocol. The rating compilers also noted the duration of the eXpress trial period (90 days) and the low price level for licenses.
