The joint project to implement the eXpress corporate messenger in the PhosAgro group of companies was awarded a prize in the field of digitalization.
The honorary award was received by the project representatives: Fedor Belugin, Head of the Information Systems Development and Maintenance Department of JSC Apatit (PhosAgro Group), and Alexey Lyamin, co-founder of the corporate communications platform eXpress.
In 2024, PhosAgro Group began implementing the eXpress corporate messenger to replace the foreign solution Microsoft Teams. Currently, about 5,000 employees of the company conduct work communications in the corporate messenger. They have access to all the functions of a modern messenger, a search for users in the corporate directory, a special Outlook plugin and access to corporate mail and calendar directly from the corporate messenger using SmartApps graphical application technology.
The platform is continuing to scale across the entire company, and today it is ready to provide a stable service for 10,000 corporate users at PhosAgro.
“The introduction of a secure corporate messenger is an important step towards the digital sovereignty of our company. It not only optimizes and increases the efficiency of internal communications, but also ensures a high level of security in terms of exchanging important corporate data,” said Fedor Belugin, Head of the Information Systems Development and Support Department at Apatit JSC (PhosAgro Group).
Since 2020, the Digital Leaders Award has been recognizing the best digital products and solutions in the country. The Expert Council includes recognized experts in the field of science, innovation and digitalization, authoritative public figures, representatives of business and government agencies.
