What are superapps and how do they help build effective corporate communications? What other innovative solutions and technologies that help organize the effective work of an IT team exist on the Russian market? These and other issues related to the digitalization of business were discussed on April 18 at a webinar from the RUSSOFT Association with the support of the iTrend communications agency.
The experts were representatives of Russian vendor companies:
- Sergey Artemov, Director of Development of the eXpress corporate communications and mobility platform, introduced the audience to the capabilities of the corporate superapp;
- Ruslan Paysayev, Commercial Director of Ideco, spoke about network perimeter protection tools;
- Mikhail Ustinov, CEO of TeamStorm, presented a domestic project management system;
- Dmitry Shulga, Sales Director of VideoMost, showed the advantages of a VKS server for installation in an organization's infrastructure.
Sergey Artemov began with a brief overview of how the corporate communications solutions market has changed since February 2022, and went into more detail about video conferencing solutions and technology platforms - super apps - and what advantages domestic solutions already demonstrate compared to popular foreign analogues. First of all, this is FSTEC-level security and Smart Apps technologies, on the basis of which the corporate super app is built.
We brought the technology to the market and proved that virtually any corporate digital system can be made mobile and provide seamless access to it for any employee. This technology opens up new prospects for the digitalization of corporate communications, since Web development is cheaper than mobile and faster - it takes from several weeks to several months, — noted Sergey Artemov.
The speakers also talked about the situation and trends of the IT solutions market in their areas, and shared forecasts for its development.
