HRD eXpress Artem Barbakov spoke for the third time at the largest forum "NAEM," which is annually organized by the recruitment automation service Huntflow.
The event took place on November 14 in Moscow and brought together leading experts and practitioners to discuss the main challenges and solutions in recruitment and HR management.
In his presentation, "The Language of Numbers in HR – Who Should You Talk to?", Artem Barbakov highlighted which HR metrics are essential for recruiters, HR managers, and business owners, and how they help them achieve their goals.
"The number of metrics you use in your work doesn't always impact the effectiveness of your processes and decisions. Metrics only become effective when used appropriately," concluded Artem Barbakov.
The forum also featured practicing HR and digital technology experts from leading Russian companies, discussing how to optimize the recruitment process, attract the best candidates, overcome the fear of decision-making, and thrive in an era of instability and change.
