“Global Federation eXpress” is a unique protocol for internal and external communication. With its help, employees can communicate with colleagues registered on trusted corporate servers and securely interact with public users of the messenger.
The system has 2 circuits. The first one is public, it is available to all eXpress users (in the free version). A registered user can interact with all eXpress members from his contact book.
The inner circuit - corporate - looks like an extensive network of servers within a corporate unit, connected by direct trusted connections (trusts). In this case, traffic bypasses public servers.
Users can build communication channels both within one organization and with external users - contractors, clients, partners who have eXpress installed.
All these functions are located in a single window of the application, which combines a corporate messenger with personal and group chats and channels, video conferencing, an email client, a file hosting service and Smart Apps for mobile access to corporate systems and services. This complements and simplifies the interaction of field workers, and also makes it efficient.
