The Russian video conferencing market is growing every year, and customer requirements are also growing: just video conferencing is no longer enough. CEO of the business super app eXpress Andrey Vratsky told Cnews readers what services customers need and what new the company will offer this year.
The trends of 2022 continue in the market. Western solutions continue to disappear or are used less, while Russian ones are gradually replacing them. I think the process is still far from being completed. For example, Cisco and Skype for Business still work in some companies, and customers are not yet going to abandon them. But the trend towards replacing the Western with the Russian is intensifying - and this is inevitable. Thus, Microsoft recently announced the blocking of its products in Russia, including Microsoft Teams. There was talk about the date of March 20, but then the deadline was pushed back. However, everyone understands that sooner or later this will happen.
